Our bursary program is exceptional and all-inclusive.
It covers for:
- Registration fee
- Tuition fee
- Books allowance
- Computer and calculator allowance
- Accommodation and meals allowance
- Excursion fee
- Paid vacation work
- 12 months experiential trainin
- Personal development training
We offer bursaries in the following studies:
- Mining engineering
- Metallurgical engineering
- Electrical engineering (Heavy current)
- Mechanical engineering
- Industrial engineering
- Civil engineering
- Geology (Honours)
- Minerals Surveying (BTech)
- Pure Maths & Science (Achievement level - 6 & 7)
- English (Achievement level – 5)
- Pure Maths & Science (Achievement level 5)
- English (Achievement level – 5)
Applicants who meet all the selection criteria as determined by Kumba will qualify. Preference will be given to learners from our operational local communities (Sishen, Kolomela and Thabazimbi mines).
