What happens after I apply for a job?

A

After you submit your application you’ll get a confirmation email. You can then get updates by signing in as an existing applicant. We’ll keep you informed about next steps via email, so if your contact details change make sure you update them on your profile.

I applied but haven’t heard back – what should I do?

A

You can track the progress of your application by signing in as an existing applicant. For a few jobs, we only contact successful applicants, but we’ll make this clear on the job advert.

It says ‘Incomplete Application’ – what should I do?

Check you’ve completed everything — especially if it’s marked *
