Posting of notice and summarised annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement issued on 17 April 2020 wherein the Company advised that the date for posting of the notice of AGM is 30 June 2020 with the AGM scheduled to take place on Friday, 7 August 2020. Given the move to level 3 of the government-imposed lockdown in South Africa and the resumption of services by the SA Post Office, the Company will be posting the notice of AGM and the summarised annual financial statements on 3 June 2020. Shareholders are therefore advised to note the amended salient dates and activities leading up to the AGM date.

SALIENT DATES:

– Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive the notice of AGM
– Date for posting of notice of AGM
– Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM
– Record date to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM
– Forms of proxy to be lodged with Computershare by no later than 12:00 on
