Changes to the Board of Directors

26 July, 2021

Kumba is pleased to announce the following changes to the committees of the Board of the company effective from Friday, 23 July 2021:

  • Mr Terence Goodlace was appointed as Chairman of the Nominations and Governance Committee
  • Mrs Mary Bomela was appointed as a member of the Strategy and Investment Comitttee
  • Mrs Michelle Jenkins was appointed as a member of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee
  • Mrs Josephine Tsele was appointed as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee.

The announcement is made in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
